Qualifications:

• Care Certificate
• Experience as a healthcare or caring role would be beneficial

Key Responsibilities

Direct Client Support: Provide high-quality care and support tailored to the individual needs of clients in their home environment.

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help with meal preparation
• Administer medications and manage appointments
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed

Relationship Building: Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure their comfort and well-being.

• Engage in activities to promote mental and physical well-being

Family Engagement: Build rapport with clients' families to enhance the support network around the client.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal care management team to share insights and collaborate on care strategies.

• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the care management team to enhance skills and career growth.

Support and Guidance and the Importance of Teamwork

Carers will receive continuous support from an experienced care management team, ensuring effective guidance throughout their tenure, and we believe in effective teamwork to be crucial for the overall success of care provision, and carers are expected to actively participate in meetings and collaborative efforts to improve care delivery.
