Qualifications:

• Care Certificate
• Experience as a healthcare or caring role would be beneficial

Key Responsibilities

Direct Client Support: Provide high-quality care and support tailored to the individual needs of clients in their home environment.

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help with meal preparation
• Administer medications and manage appointments
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed

Relationship Building: Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure their comfort and well-being.

• Engage in activities to promote mental and physical well-being

Family Engagement: Build rapport with clients' families to enhance the support network around the client.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal care management team to share insights and collaborate on care strategies.
